This never gets old. A luxury and lifestyle magazine wants to license your photographs for their latest issue. I am always surprised when this happens. As if I need to re-assess my work and be more confident about it. The concept of tear-sheets is archaic in today’s digital world but till the time print is alive ( and I hope it always is ), looking at my photographs in print is ALWAYS fantastic.
Meet The City Magazine is a luxury and lifestyle magazine produced by Pune’s Panchshil Developers and for their Royalty issue, they wanted to use selected photographs from my St. Regis brand launch assignment as well as the Royal Salute, Maharaja of Jodhpur Diamond Jubilee assignment. The magazine is produced exclusively for the real estate properties of Panchsil and is only for private circulations. It was fabulous working with them, they were great clients. The exchange was specific, quick and professional and I hope we will get to work together again! Photographs of the spreads that use photographs from my portfolio below.
The black and white photograph of the St. Regis saddle on the horse below on the right is from the St. Regis Polo Cup.
The black and white image on the right-hand side page below is of Nacho and Hilario Figueras walking away from the polo field after the St. Regis Polo Cup.
The black and white image on the above left-hand side page is from the Raghavendra Rathore runway show as part of the Royal Salute Maharaja of Jodhpur Diamond Jubilee Cup. The full page on the right above is detailed below. Apart from three images that are from a stock photography website – first top left, last bottom right and the one directly above it – the other are from my Royal Salute & St. Regis assignments.
This type of latest news is always welcome! More power to publications who encourage local photographers and deal with them professionally. Thank you Surbhi! It was a pleasure interacting with you.
