This was my first time at the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. I will have to return several times to photograph a bunch of trees and plants that have “nature portraiture” potential in my mind’s eye. Like the tree at the end of this photo story – need to go back.

It really is quite something to live in a walkable neighbourhood (that’s the entire city really) and have access to its very own Botanic Garden, right in the middle of the city!
